If you were born a girl in the Dagara tribe of West Africa you would first have gone into the ‘spirit office’ to decide with your ancestors and guides what your purpose would be when you came here. (That’s called your GIFT). Then you would be born into a community that was responsible for recognizing and nurturing that GIFT – including through mentoring, rituals and ages old rites of passage (carefully designed to guide your emotional and spiritual growth.)
What if you could find a community that valued you?

• That used rituals in a modern way in order to reconnect you to that GIFT?
• That helped you deal with transitions into new grades, groups, and cliques.
• And gave you tools to be more secure in your decision-making and to trust your own intuition?

Finding Your GIFTS

[G]enuine – What’s Your Story? You are figuring it out and YOU should be the one to write it. Connect to the ancient wisdom to help you ‘remember’ who you are. Communicate who you are in healthy ways - you are so much more than a label.
[I]ntuition – You are navigating a lot of new territory – plug into your own personal GPS.
[F]eelings – Understanding them is one of the most important elements of being healthy. Get a handle on feeling ‘overwhelmed’ by them and get tools and support to stay positive.
[T]ransformation – You are going through changes and you are seeing images that aren’t even real. What is real? Find your own ‘secret sauce’ and learn that transforming your inside is so much more important and powerful.
[S]upport – Find your community. Be who you are, instead of spending a lot of energy (and burning out on) fitting in.

• Discussion, Videos, Crafts and Rituals to explore creating healthy boundaries to live with integrity
• A fun, safe environment guided by facilitators with 30+ years of experience.
