Fire Destroys Laguna Canyon Home: Report

LAGUNA BEACH, CA — Laguna Beach fire investigators Friday were searching for the cause of a fire that destroyed a home in Laguna Canyon early Sunday morning, displacing its residents and damaging a nearby home, the Daily Pilot reported.

The fire was reported at 6:29 a.m. Sunday morning in Laguna Canyon. Upon arriving to the scene, firefighters saved a family dog that was left inside of the house, the newspaper said.

The family of three was able to safely evacuate while firefighters attacked the house fire, the report said.
