Newport Beach Police and area officials are seeking a man last seen in South Orange County. Have you seen him?
NEWPORT BEACH, CA — Have You Seen Joe Beaver? On Wednesday, police reported the 83-year-old man was missing.
Last seen in the 400 block of Bayhill, at approximately 1 p.m., Beaver was driving himself to a doctor's appointment.
He was behind the wheel of his red Hyundai Tucson, bearing a California licence plate 8JDZ421.
