Historic White House In Laguna Beach To Home New Crafthouse
Construction on the historical Laguna Beach site is planned to be completed by the end of the year.

LAGUNA BEACH, CA — A new crafthouse restaurant is opening in Laguna Beach at a historic downtown location, city officials confirmed this week.
Construction on Finney's Crafthouse is already in full swing, with developers saying that they expect the restaurant to be up-and-running by the end of the year, Stu News Laguna reported.
The new tenant will take the place of what was formerly known as the White House Restaurant at 300-340 South Coast Highway.

Brad Finefrock is leading development for Finney's Crafthouse & Kitchen. He told Stu News Laguna that construction is "progressing nicely" so far.
“We are expecting to finish construction in early November, however we are still waiting for Edison for a date to energize the building,” Finefrock told Stu News Laguna. “As soon as the building is energized we will be ready to open.”

Finney's Crafthouse has locations in Westlake Village, Santa Barbara, Ventura, San Luis Obispo, Burbank and Porter Ranch, with new locations developing in Laguna Beach, Camarillo and Orange.
While the properties share the same name, city staff said that each Finney's Crafthouse has a unique presentation and does not take a mass market approach to their business.
