LAGUNA BEACH, CA — The Banshee wail of winds across Orange County may be enough to blow decorations down the block, but our littlest residents will still want to go trick-or-treating. But the timing of the windstorm's end should offer a respite for trick-or-treaters, forecasters say.
The National Weather Service has said that winds will continue to gust Wednesday across the Santa Ana mountain passes throughout Wednesday.
