Woman With Bieber Fever Arrested At Montage Laguna Hotel

LAGUNA BEACH, CA — Justin Bieber's Laguna Beach getaway was interrupted when a 36-year-old woman walked into his hotel room and wouldn't leave, officials said.

The Huntington Beach woman, whose name was not released, was later located outside of the luxury hotel, said Laguna Beach police Sgt. Jim Cota.

Police were called to the Montage Laguna Beach hotel around noon when the woman, who had been a Montage guest, walked inside the singer's suite, Cota said.

Her room was "very close" to Bieber's, according to Cota. Though her stay at the hotel was over, she lingered after checkout, causing hotel security to evict her. Still, she returned and for some unknown reason "inadvertently walked into the room occupied by Bieber," Cota said.

The police were called and the singer's security escorted her to the lobby, but she fled the hotel.

Officers located her across the street from the hotel and arrested her for trespassing. The woman, who police say appeared to have been drinking, was booked and released.
