Laguna Art Museum: 2 Artist-Led Workshops For Your Creative Side
Creating comic books and drawing the human form are the focus of two sessions coming up at the Laguna Beach museum.

LAGUNA BEACH, CA — Get in touch with your inner, creative self courtesy of two, upcoming artist-led workshops at the Laguna Art Museum.
On Saturday, July 30 at 10 a.m., "Comic Book Art" is the focus with a workshop on making comic books, creating stories, plus instruction on past comic artists and the distictive communicate narrative.
The session, led by Laguna College of Art and Design master's graduate Mason Williams, will address how to draw from the imagination, create compositions in a comic-panel format and develop a workflow to make comic books easy and fun. More info at this link.

And on Sunday, July 31 at 10 a.m.,"Artist Workshop: Figure Drawing" is on the agenda in a class hosted by Peter Zokosky, chair of LACD Master of Fine Arts Drawing + Painting.
Taking inspiration from the exhibition Striking Figures: Francis De Erdely, the session will instruct participants on drawing the human form with a live model. Details at this link.
