Discussions will focus on the history of Californian photography and, in particular, the legacies between photographic movements of the early modernist period, according to a museum spokesperson. The artists will contrast the Laguna photographic community of the 1930s and 40s against the contemporaneous photographic community of Carmel, Northern California, and the Bay Area, known as Group f/64.

Advance tickets are recommended. $13 for adults; $11 for seniors and students; free for LAM members.
