Laguna Beach Arts Alliance 13th Annual Art Star Awards April 7

LAGUNA BEACH, CA —This week, the Laguna Beach Arts Alliance (LBAA) celebrates the organizations, businesses, and individuals who contributed and shaped the arts and culture in Laguna Beach over the past year with the 13th Annual Art Star Awards.

The ceremony, to be held on Sunday, April 7 at 6 p.m., is generously sponsored by [seven-degrees] in Laguna Beach.

At this red-carpet event, the winners will be announced and presented with one-of-a-kind Art Star award sculptures, created by Louis Longi.

Academy Award-Winning Actress Marcia Gay Harden will be the guest speaker for 13th Annual Art Star Awards.

"With awards and accolades across the entire artistic spectrum, Marcia Gay Harden truly is an artists' artist," officials said. Recently concluding a three-season run as Dr. Leanne Rorish in the CBS drama Code Black, for which she was nominated for a People's Choice Award as Favorite Actress in a New TV Series, Harden also had a memorable arc on ABC’s hit drama How To Get Away With Murder.
