Armer is accused of posting several videos on YouTube, using the alias "8 Booth." He posts GoPro camera videos of himself jumping off private rooftops and cliffs into the ocean or private hotel swimming pools in Laguna Beach and Newport Beach, according to Laguna Beach police Sgt. Tim Kleiser.
"In one of the videos, Armer is seen jumping from the roof of a condo complex into a swimming pool where he nearly struck another swimmer," Kleiser said. "No one was hurt in that incident."
An Orange County District Attorney report says that Armer allegedly vaulted over a retaining wall into a private residence in Laguna Beach on July 21.
"He got up on the roof without the homeowner's permission and jumped into the ocean near Table Rock Beach," the OCDA's office stated.
On Sept. 29, he allegedly got up to the fifth floor of the Surf and Sand Hotel in Laguna Beach and jumped into a gated, guest-only pool.

"On Oct. 6, Armer allegedly jumped from the roof of Newport Towers, a private residential building on West Coast Highway in Newport Beach, and jumped into the harbor waters," prosecutors said.
Quoted on the video, 8Booth offered his thanks to his audience.
"Thanks everyone for waiting on this insane video, I promise it was worth the wait! Massive 129' building drop into the Harbor dodging a dock. Recorded with a GoPro Hero 5 Black (mouth mounted) and a Hero 5 Session (hand mount)," he said. "Subscribe for more sick jumps and don't try this at home, I'm a professional."
Whether or not 8Booth, aka Armer, will be making more jumps is up in the air at this time.
