Laguna Beach Live! Goes Dark On Forest Avenue Promenade
If you were hoping for an outdoor jazz concert on Wednesdays in Laguna Beach, you need to wait. The popular outdoor affair is postponed.
LAGUNA BEACH, CA — Laguna Beach Live! Jazz Wednesdays at Forest Avenue Promenade have been postponed, the organizers have said.
On Tuesday, they announced that the popular jazz concerts would go dark for the foreseeable future.
"We are sad to announce we have to postpone our Jazz Wednesdays on Forest Avenue Promenade for now," a spokesperson for Laguna Live wrote on Facebook. "We are once again being advised not to gather in large groups."

Live piano stylings of Gary Matsumoto were planned for Wednesday night, however, due to the ordinance not to gather, that showing was the first to be canceled.

Fans chimed in over Facebook, speculating on why the closure.
One commenter, Barbara McMurray wrote: "Dang! Sorry to hear, although I was never up for braving a gathering, even outdoors. Let's wash hands, wear masks, and stay home so we can be together again, listening to live music."
