Laguna Beach Shatters OC Real Estate Records After Sale Of $110M Home: Report
The oceanfront home is located in the coastal enclave of Emerald Bay.
LAGUNA BEACH, CA — Laguna Beach just shattered Orange County real estate records, multiple outlets reported.
The all-cash, off-market deal was reported June 9 and immediately became the county's first residential sale to pass nine figures, real estate news site The Real Deal reported.
The sale of the property — a towering mansion that hugs the secluded coast of Emerald Bay — is shrouded in mystery, with little information known about the estate and its new owner, according to SFGate.

According to The Orange County Register, records showed the buyer is Delaware-registered Dlareme LLC — or "emerald" spelled backwards, a potential nod toward the coastal enclave that the property was built within.
The buyer's real identity, however, remains unknown.
