Laguna Beach Unified Offers Free ESL Classes
The Laguna Beach Unified School District English as a Second Language (ESL) classes are free and open to the public.
The Laguna Beach Unified School District is now offering free English as a Second Language (ESL) classes starting today.
Funding provided through the state’s Adult Education Block Grant enables the district to offer this personal growth opportunity to community members.
“We have planned an exciting, language-rich curriculum to assist adult learners in gaining the English-language skills needed to succeed in their future endeavors,” said Darlene Messinger, assistant superintendent of instructional services.

All levels of English language proficiency are welcome to attend. Classes run for six weeks Monday through Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. in class and online. Classes will be taught in room 91 located above the high school tennis courts and swimming pool.
