LAGUNA BEACH, CA — Laguna Beach continued to receive high marks year-round from bacteria testing in the ocean along the coastline, after Heal the Bay released it's annual 2024 report card this week.

In Laguna Beach, Emerald Bay was recognized on the report card's honor roll. Laguna Beach also maintained A or B grades throughout its beaches, except the Aliso Beach area — where the lower grades are due to increased rainfall during the evaluation period.
