Laguna Playhouse Delays 100th Anniversary Season Amid COVID-19
The 100th anniversary of the Laguna Playhouse is interrupted due to coronavirus challenges. The centennial season is sidelined until 2021.

LAGUNA BEACH, CA — The Laguna Playhouse is keeping the spotlights dimmed until 2021, they announced this week. The challenges behind planning a season during a global pandemic were too vast, with too many unknowns to continue the fanfare they hoped for their centennial season.
"We remain dedicated to bringing you the quality theatre you expect from Laguna Playhouse," they wrote in a recent release. "In order to do so, we might be forced to make some change to the previously-announced lineup."
Plans are in the works for delivering seven "world-class shows" over their 100th season.
