Laguna Romantic Boutique Burglar Caught With His Pants Down
No, you can't make this stuff up. A Laguna Beach Burglar robbed a local lingerie store and left only after trying a few things on for size.
LAGUNA BEACH, CA — A recent burglary at a south Laguna Beach lingerie store left officers of Laguna Beach Police Department scratching their heads.
The suspect broke into the shop in mid May at just before 1 a.m., and was recorded on surveillance video according to LBPD.
"While reviewing the store surveillance video, our suspect was seen stealing various 'items' and at one point, decided to try on some of the merchandise," they said over social media.

The suspect could be seen bagging up stolen items with his pants down before getting dressed again and leaving the store.
"He didn't count on the video being the key to getting him caught," they said.

A few days later, LBPD officers spotted the suspect and arrested him.
"Unfortunately, (or fortunately), the 'items' were not recovered," they said.
