LCAD Announces New Communications Director
Marc Lyncheski will be the new Communications Director for the Laguna College of Art and Design.

LAGUNA BEACH, CA — Laguna College of Art + Design (LCAD) announced Marc Lyncheski will lead the College’s Marketing + Communications team. He has led a talented life in both sports, business and marketing, and will up the ante for the local college.
“Marc comes to us with years of experience that includes executive marketing roles at organizations such as Dick’s Sporting Goods, Inc.; OC Music & Dance; PETsMART, Inc.;
Preferred Hotels & Resorts; Trident University, and more,” said Jonathan Burke, president of LCAD. “He also has taught marketing and communications courses at several accredited
universities, including Walden University, University of Phoenix, and La Universidad de Valle de Mexico. We are very happy that he's a part of the LCAD family.”
At LCAD, students are provided the tools required for creative and successful careers and learn to use their art and design to engage as responsible members of society. Many businesses seek
the College's alumni as creative problem solvers and innovators and LCAD supplies talent in film and television, animation, design, advertising, game art, communications, athletic apparel,
and much more. Lyncheski will spearhead the strengthening of brand awareness and assist the school’s various departments in their collective communication and promotional efforts.

“Joining the team at LCAD is particularly exciting for me, because it represents a convergence of my professional academic and marketing careers, which until now have been running
independently of one another,” Lyncheski said. “I am thrilled to be associated with such a reputable organization that is so deeply rooted in the local community and the arts community at
large.”
Lyncheski’s passion for education and the arts extend beyond his professional career. He earned an MA in Communications from Marquette University, an MBA from the University of Phoenix
and a BS in Psychology from Allegheny College. He also is a published photographer and writer, as well as a musician, actor, voice-over artist and stand-up comedian.

A former professional soccer player, Lyncheski holds a first-degree black belt in TaeKwonDo and green belts in Shotokan and Ishinryu Karate.
