Major Laguna Beach Festival Cancels Annual Event

LAGUNA BEACH, CA — The annual Taste of Laguna Food & Music Festival has been cancelled, organizers said Thursday.

"It is with sincere regret that we must announce the cancellation of the 2026 Taste of Laguna Food & Music Festival," organizers said in a statement.

The festival was originally scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 1 at the Festival of Arts grounds in Laguna Beach.

"Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to move forward with this year's event," the statement went on to read. "We understand that many of you were looking forward to an evening of great food, music, and community, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or disappointment this cancellation may cause."

The event, held every year by the Laguna Beach Chamber of Commerce, was slotted to feature more than 30 local restaurants and award-winning chefs, as well as a stage performance by The Mighty Untouchables.

Proceeds from the event go toward the Laguna Beach Chamber of Commerce, organizers said.

"We are incredibly grateful for your support of Taste of Laguna and for everyone who helped make this event possible," organizers said. "We look forward to the 2027 Taste of Laguna Centennial Celebration."
