Drunk Man Arrested In Laguna Beach Found with Stolen Tequila, Tennis Racket: Police
Police said a Laguna Niguel resident was found walking in the middle of Park Avenue was arrested on multiple charges.

LAGUNA BEACH, CA — One week ago, witnesses reported a man "playing chicken" with cars driving down the 600 block of Park Avenue in Laguna Beach.
"Officers responded in regards to a man walking in the middle of the street, yelling at pedestrians and swinging a stick," Laguna Beach Police Department Sgt. Tim Kleiser said. "Officers arrived and noticed the male was intoxicated."
Laguna Beach police officers arrested 24-year-old Alexander Tracy from Laguna Niguel for public intoxication, Kleiser said.

At the time of Tracy's arrest, he had a Head brand tennis racket in his possession.
Just before 6:30 p.m., Laguna Beach police officers responded to a residence on the 900 block of Park Avenue for a residential burglary report.

"The resident arrived home and found his front and rear doors to his home were open," Kleiser said. Officers checked the home and found property that belonged to Tracy in the residence.
"The victim also noticed that two Head tennis rackets had been taken, one which was in Tracy’s possession. A bottle of tequila was also reported as missing from the home.
A short while later, a vandalism report was made from the the 800 block of Park Avenue
"The resident arrived home around 6:45 p.m. and noticed the mailbox had been damaged and there was broken glass on the driveway," Kleiser said. "The glass was from the bottle of tequila taken from the residence were the burglary was reported."
Tracy was originally charged with suspicion of public drunkenness and the charges of vandalism and burglary were added later that night.
"It's always nice to wrap up two open cases right away," Kleiser said.
