Man Stabbed In South Laguna, Police Seek Public Help Thursday
Laguna Beach Police officers are investigating an attempted murder that took place Wednesday in the area of 3rd Avenue at Virginia Way.

LAGUNA BEACH, CA — The Laguna Beach Police Department sought the public's help in investigating a stabbing that took place Wednesday in the area of 3rd Avenue at Virginia Way, in South Laguna.
Laguna Beach Police officers were called to the scene Wednesday night at around 8 p.m., where they found "bystanders rendering aid to the victim." The victim, who was not identified by police, was taken to a local trauma center and is expected to survive, officers said.
Witnesses told authorities that a male and female had been seen fleeing the area in a red sedan, possibly a Toyota, authorities said.
