Master Chorale of Saddleback Valley Presents Songs of the American West

Master Chorale of Saddleback Valley will present its annual summer concert Songs of the American West in Laguna Beach

Master Chorale of Saddleback Valley will present its annual summer concert Songs of the American West on Saturday, June 25 at 7:00 p.m. This lively journey of traditional American music will be held at the Women’s Club of Laguna Beach located at 286 St. Ann's Drive. Accompanied by guitar, fiddle and mandolin, the program repertoire spans music from bluegrass to Gospel. Tickets are $15 for adults and $12 for students and seniors.

Under the direction of singer, composer and conductor Charles Stephenson, who also serves as Director of Music for St. Catherine of Siena Parish in Laguna Beach, Master Chorale of Saddleback Valley was initially formed in Laguna Beach when a choral group was needed in the 1963 Pageant of the Masters.

For over 50 years, they’ve since performed a wide variety of local concerts and are the longest standing choral performing group in Orange County. At nearly 50 vocal musicians, Master Chorale of Saddleback Valley provides local singers the opportunity to participate in professional-level choral masterpieces.
