Motorcyclist Gravely Injured in Crash

A motorcyclist was in grave condition after colliding at a high rate of speed with a vehicle that turned in front of him in Laguna Niguel, an Orange County sheriff’s lieutenant said today.

The crash happened at 6:17 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Street of the Golden Lantern and Adelanto Drive, Orange County sheriff’s Lt. Jeff Hallock said.

“The male adult on the motorcycle is in grave condition with traumatic injuries,” Hallock said.

The motorcycle was traveling southbound on Golden Lantern, he said.
