Start the new year off right with a fun, invigorating boot camp series at the OC Mix at SOCO. Every Tuesday morning starting on January 5th, 2016, join OC fitness guru Trainer Hank in the courtyard from 7:30-8:30 a.m. to energize and revitalize your body and mind. Classes are just $5 each and all funds received will be pooled to use for an outdoor adventure for interested participants at the end of the three-month session. All you need to join in is a water bottle, yoga mat and your most comfortable workout attire.
