LAGUNA BEACH, CA — Wendy Theders has been snapping photos around Laguna Beach for several years. She was visiting Aliso Beach late June when she caught sight of beach-goers flying a kite against a vibrant sunset. Sensing her moment, Wendy snapped the shot and got one postcard-perfect picture.
