LAGUNA BEACH, CA — Eastbound El Toro Road near the 133 Freeway will be closed starting Wednesday night, Laguna Beach city officials announced. The closure will be in place from Wednesday 9 p.m. to 6 a.m., and a short detour via the 73 Freeway southbound ramps will be provided. Residents with questions were asked to contact Caltrans PIO Nathan Abler at (657) 650-5146 or Nathan.Abler@dot.ca.gov.
