Tesla Crashes Into Hardware Store In Laguna Beach Monday

LAGUNA BEACH, CA — A Laguna Beach hardware store had to shut its doors for the day after a Tesla crashed through one of its walls Monday morning, the Daily Pilot reported.

Laguna Beach police officers responded to the incident at Coast Hardware at around 10:43 a.m., and pictures of the crash showed a white Tesla had busted through the wall facing the onsite parking for the business, the report said.

No one was hurt as a result of the collision, and Laguna Beach police did not immediately comment on the incident.

According to the Daily Pilot, the Tesla crashed into a section of the store that held mostly lumber. Coast Hardware was forced to close its doors for all of Monday and re-opened Tuesday.
