LAGUNA BEACH, CA — A traffic advisory was sent out in Laguna Beach on Tuesday when a truck near Ruby's Diner (30600 block of Coast Highway).
The northbound lane was closed due to that disabled vehicle as of 12:15 p.m. The road was expected to reopen by 12:45 p.m.
Avoid that area if possible.
