Coast Highway And Camel Point Crash Slows Tuesday Traffic

LAGUNA BEACH, CA —A slow-speed crash slowed northbound traffic at Coast Highway at Camel Point, Tuesday, officials reported.

Northbound Coast Highway was shut down for about an hour while tow-trucks removed vehicles from the scene and emergency crews cleaned up the incident, a Laguna Beach Police spokesperson said.

According to a witness, "kids in hot rods" were heading southbound on Coast Highway toward the beach. One driver and made a legal U-turn when a northbound vehicle collided with the car.

No one was hurt, Patch was told.
