Good Tuesday morning surfers, I'm Surf Junkie Jeff with your Laguna Beach Patch surf report. Well, if you can't get in the water today, don't be bummed out. Yep, there's hardly any energy and we're dealing with some less than favorable conditions.
Some spots are starting off with a little texture on the surface and don't be surprised if things begin to worsen throughout the day. We've got a minimal mix of lingering west-northwest and southerly swells in the water.
That's giving us some pretty weak lines that won't provide much push. Most Laguna Beach spots are hanging around ankle high, with a few knee-high waves.

At 6:10 this morning the tide dropped to a 1.6 low, which will have many breaks desperate for water early on. The tide then pushes back up to a 3.3 high at 11:44 later this morning and then drops again to a 1.4 low at 5:33 this evening.
If you're really in need of a salt water bath, throw on at least a 3/2 fullsuit and possibly the booties, with the water temp hanging between 56 and 57 degrees. Good luck out there!
