Good Tuesday morning, surfers. I'm Surf Junkie Jeff with your Laguna Beach Patch wave check. Well, I wish I could say that the waves were pumping, but unfortunately, this latest storm isn't bringing us a whole lot of surf in this neck of the woods.
The good news: The conditions are starting off pretty clean, but don't be surprised if they really begin to worsen throughout the day.
We're seeing a mix of some small to maybe decent west-northwest swell and some smaller southwest wind swell in the water. That's offering some fairly soft broken-up lines with a few fun ones.

Most spots in Laguna Beach are running about knee- to waist-high, with those standout breaks pulling some stomach-high waves.
At 8:17 a.m the tide pushes up to a whopping 6.6 high, which will have some spots pretty slow or even shut down midmorning. The tide then drains out to a negative 1.2 low at 3:39 p.m.

If you're going to grab a few before you make your way into work, throw on that 4/3 full suit and possibly the booties, with the water temperature averaging between 56 and 58 degrees.
