Watch This Young Buck Swim Across Main Beach In Laguna: Video
One resident was walking Main Beach this weekend when he saw a strange sight.
LAGUNA BEACH, CA — A Laguna Beach resident caught a special visitor on camera taking a swim while visiting Main Beach on Sunday.

Resident Mo Dagher was enjoying the sun and surf on Main Beach when he spotted this young buck swimming through the waves nearby.
The animal made local headlines Monday after being spotted in Laguna Beach Sunday. The buck swam about two miles in surf as high as four feet and over submerged rocks, according to a previous Patch report.

Eventually, the deer found shelter in an Emerald Bay backyard. He was tranquilized before being relocated, authorities said.
