Waking up with the waves on Wednesday, I'm Surf Junkie Jeff with your Laguna Beach Patch surf report. Well, leave your surfboard behind and get out the stand-up paddle board. Yep we're dealing with more super-small and gutless energy along this stretch of coast.
The conditions are mostly clean and glassy early on, with a very minimal mix of northwest swell and south-southwest energy in the water.
That recipe is providing some tiny crumbly lines, which might get a little kid up and riding. Most spots in Laguna Beach are continuing to hang in the ankle-high range, with maybe a plus set if you're lucky.

Taking a look at those tides ... at 7:33 this morning it drops to a 0.4 low, which will have most spots lacking water mid-morning. The tide then climbs up to a 3.0 high at 1:40 this afternoon.
If you're in need of a salt water bath, then you'll want to wear no less than a 3/2 fullsuit or a 4/3 and maybe the booties, with the water temperature averaging between 56 and 57 degrees. See ya in the water!
