Winter Fantasy Gears Up For Saturday Opening In Laguna: Photos
It's beginning to look a lot like the holiday season at the Sawdust Festival grounds as organizers prepare for the annual Winter Fantasy.
LAGUNA BEACH, CA — With the holiday season just around the corner, Santa's Laguna Beach-based elves have been hard at work preparing the Sawdust Art Festival grounds for the annual Winter Fantasy.
Laguna Beach resident Susana Cruciana captured these behind-the-scene shots of the grounds being prepared for the holiday event, which opens to residents on Saturday.
At the event, residents can experience a one-of-a-kind holiday art festival that features a festive and unique shopping experience in the middle of a fantastical "winter wonderland."

Residents will enjoy an abundance of lights and decorations throughout the festival grounds at the Winter Fantasy, all hand-crafted gifts by 165 artists. In addition, there will be three stages of live music, community performances, carolers, puppeteers, art classes and daily visits from Santa Claus.

The Winter Fantasy runs from Saturday through Dec. 18, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekends and select Fridays.
