LAGUNA BEACH, CA — ‘Tis the season in Laguna Beach. The Winter Fantasy opened its gates at Sawdust Festival grounds Saturday to bring five weeks of holiday magic to residents, and one resident captured several pictures that offer a glimpse into the opening day festivities.
