ALL ABOUT THE ANIMALS UNLEASHES FAMILY-FRIENDLY DOGATHON ON SATURDAY FEBRUARY 20 AT LAGUNA NIGUEL REGIONAL PARK

$5.00 For Walk and BBQ and $35.00 For Walk, BBQ and T-Shirt; Sponsored Walkers May Be Eligible for the Chance to Win Tickets to Disneyland

All About The Animals, a grass-roots network that brings together animal advocates to save and help precious lives from high kill shelters throughout the United States, is hosting the All About The Animals Dogathon to raise awareness, funds and fun to continue its animal advocacy efforts.

The All About The Animals Dogathon takes place at the Laguna Niguel Regional Park located at 28241 La Paz Road, Laguna Niguel 92677 on Saturday February 20, 2016 from 9:00am to 1:00pm.

Especially tail-wagging-worthy, the Dogathon is appropriately on National Love Your Pet Day - and what better way to show your love of animals or your own pets that you love them then to spend a family-and-furbabies outing at a beautiful park.

There is a $5.00 entry fee which includes the walk and a BBQ that will also cater to vegans and vegetarians. There is also an option for a $35.00 entry fee which also includes a special edition All About The Animals T-shirt.

People are also encouraged to secure sponsors for the walk (two miles per lap of lake which can be done as many times as participants want for a chance to win three tickets to Disneyland! Entry is FREE for people with more than $80.00 in sponsorships or pledges.

“The All About The Animals Dogathon, in aid of homeless pets, is a great way to celebrate National Love Your Pet Day, get some exercise, and enjoy the California sunshine in a beautiful lakeside setting with your furry and non-furry loved ones,” said All About The Animals Laura Jones.

Tickets are available on Eventbrite.com or can be purchased at the park the day of the event.
