LAGUNA NIGUEL, CA — A local Catholic church is offering a seminar aimed at helping residents through the holidays in Laguna Niguel.
"Coping with the Holidays" is designed for people who are grieving the death of a loved one. The seminar will be hosted at St. Timothy Catholic Church in Laguna Niguel on Saturday, Nov. 7.
At the seminar, residents will learn how to navigate the holidays while grieving for the loss of a loved one, what to do about traditions and other changes and how to discover hope for your future.
In addition, the faith-based seminar will discuss helpful tips for getting through holiday social events while grieving.
The "Coping with the Holidays" seminar takes place from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Nov. 7 at St. Timothy Catholic Church, 29102 Crown Valley Pkwy.
