Whole Chicken FLIPPED Shredded BBQ Sliders
Quick meals to make at home with little effort, but big flavors.

Yes, we use whole chickens a lot in our house! They are cheap and handy to use in many recipes. The trick is knowing how to use them ... Good thing you're here!
After cooking a whole chicken, separate meat from the bone. Save some for another recipe (see archived recipes here for reference) and use some for this delicious, easy (did I mention easy) recipe.

WHATCHA' GOTTA DO:
Spray the inside of your crock pot with non-stick spray.
Add chicken and bottle of BBQ sauce.
Stir to coat.
Cook for a few hours until you notice the meat shredding easily.
(For those using a large pot, do the same ... spray with non-stick spray, add chicken and BBQ sauce, heat on low till meat shreds).
Add BBQ chicken to sweet rolls and serve with a fresh slaw and cornbread. (PS: Left-over cornbread makes great breadcrumbs)!
