Critically Missing In South Orange County: Have You Seen Jose?

A Laguna Niguel resident was identified as a "critical missing person" by the Orange County Sheriff's Department Friday.

LAGUNA NIGUEL, CA — A Laguna Niguel resident who was last seen on Dec. 4 is a critical missing person, the Orange County Sheriff's Department reported Friday.

Investigators are asking for the public's help in locating 28-year-old Jose Flores Delgado. The resident was last seen Saturday, Dec. 4 at 8 p.m. when he was leaving his Laguna Niguel home, authorities said.

At that time, Flores Delgado was wearing a blue shirt and blue shorts.

He is described as a Hispanic male who stands at roughly 5 feet, 4 inches and weighs 190 pounds.

Flores Delgado has black hair, brown eyes and a full beard.

Residents with information about Flores Delgado's whereabouts are asked by authorities to not contact him and instead call the OCSD's dispatch at (949)-770-6011.
