Ditch Oversized Items During Dana Point Drop-Off Event Saturday
The City of Dana Point is hosting its tri-annual Bulky Item Drop Off Day. Here's how to take advantage of this free event.
DANA POINT, CA — Do you have bulky items taking up space in your garage? The City of Dana Point is hosting its tri-annual Bulky Item Drop Off Day, and residents can take advantage of the free event on Saturday, May 20.
At the event, residents can drop off items that are too large to be picked up on regular collection days. There will also be onsite shredding at Dana Hills High School and document collection for shredding at Palisades Elementary.
Goodwill will also be on site at both locations, the city said.

The Bulky Item Drop Off Day takes place from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Dana Hills High School, 33333 Golden Lantern, and Palisades Elementary School, 26462 Via Sacramento.
