Elizabeth Lonseth Speaking at Park Terrace
Park Terrace will host author Elizabeth Lonseth as she presents "The Dangers of Denial," her new book exploring dealing with memory loss.
Join Park Terrace in Rancho Santa Margarita on Thursday, October 22nd, 2015, from 11:30am - 1:00pm, for an afternoon with author Elizabeth Lonseth as she presents “The Dangers of Denial,” an emotional exploration of why and how we fail to face the fact our loved one is suffering from memory loss.
Elizabeth will discuss patient and family member denial along with helpful ways to help those in denial and recognize the signs in ourselves.
A complimentary lunch will be served starting at 11:30am with the discussion starting at 12:00 noon. The first 30 RSVP’s will receive a complimentary copy or Elizabeth’s new book “ The Dangers of Denial, Embracing the Challenges of Alzheimer’s and Dementia.”
Poet Nancy Nelson will also be sharing her talent at the presentation. Nancy is one of 12 members of the newly formed Early Stage Advisory Group for the Alzheimer’s Association.
