Little Women the Musical

Irvine, Calif. –  Musical Theater Village in Irvine is thrilled to present onstage for the first-time a Broadway musical based on one of the most famous novels of all time.  Little Women opens Friday, June 1, 2012 and runs through Sunday, July 1st, 2012

Based on Louisa May Alcott's own family experiences (and novel),  Little Women, follows the adventures of Jo, Meg, Beth and Amy March as they grow up in Civil War America. This wonderful narrative has been brought to life as an exhilarating musical filled with glorious music, dancing and heart.  Little Women guarantees an uplifting evening filled with laughter, tears, and spirit.

Show times for Little Women are on Fridays at 7:30 p.m., Saturdays at 2:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. and Sundays at 2:00 p.m. Ticket prices are $13.00 for children and $15.00 for adults, and $12.00 per person for groups of 10 or more with an extra fee for galas on opening and closing nights, which includes a meal following the show.

Little Women is produced and directed by Aurora Long and presented by Musical Theatre Village.  Performers come from throughout the Southern California area.

            Musical Theatre Village (MTV) is a nonprofit community-based theater which has served Southern Orange County since 1992. Conveniently located near the Irvine Spectrum, MTV presents five family-oriented musical plays each year showcasing talents of both children and adults working together to create wholesome and reasonably-priced family entertainment for audiences of all ages.  Musical Theater Village is wheelchair accessible.
