DANA POINT, CA —A former Dana Hills Spanish teacher and youth baseball coach already serving a sentence for teenage sexual assault and possession of child pornography was expected to plead guilty Tuesday to an additional federal child sex tourism charge.

In February, prosecutors accused Ezequiel Christopher Barragan of traveling to China to have sex with a 16-year-old boy and produce child pornography.

"Barragan traveled in August 2009 to China, where he coerced a boy to engage in sexual conduct so that he could produce a visual depiction of such conduct," according to the U.S. Attorney's Office.
