Henry's Marketplace Disappears, Sprouts Emerges
Though the stores have merged, shoppers won't see much of a difference beyond the new name.

The former anchor store of the center has become Sprouts Farmers Market, but not much besides the name has changed, said , vice president of real estate with the Horowitz Group, which owns the center.
The new name represents a merger between Henry's and Sprouts markets that started Aug. 15 across Orange County.

The two grocers announced the merger in April, and moving forward, they will operate under the Sprouts Farmers Market banner.
"The Sprouts people are the original Henry's people. So you could say they bought their old company back," said Flanigan. "Not much will change, as they have rebranded the store to the Sprouts name as well as the merchandise."

New signs were installed Aug. 15, and paint crews were busy Tuesday touching up the facade of the building. The store is open and operating as usual.
