Laguna Niguel Public trails blocked from Bear Brand Ranch HOA

Laguna Niguel/San Juan Capistrano/Dana Point public trails blocked by HOA. Two recently installed fences with locked gates are blocking public access on Colinas Bluff Trail and Long View Park Trail. There is an existing Grant of Easement for Trail purposes recorded with the City of Laguna Niguel and in Official records of the County of Orange dated March 20, 2002.

The City of Laguna Niguel is documenting concerned hikers/walkers/bikers who use this public trail with beautiful ocean views.
