Man Who Set Brush Fires In South OC Arrested, OC Sheriff Says
A 29-year-old San Juan Capistrano man was arrested Thursday morning on suspicion of setting at least 10 fires in south Orange County.

SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CA — A 29-year-old Orange County man was arrested on suspicion of setting multiple vegetation fires in the City of San Juan Capistrano, the Orange County Fire Authority reported.
The suspected arsonist was identified as San Juan Capistrano resident Sergio Parracastellon. He was arrested Thursday morning and faces charges including 10 counts of arson, deputies said.
According to authorities, the arrest was made with assistance from the Orange County Sheriff's Department, Irvine Police Department and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
