MemorialCare Saddleback Medical Center Offers Valet Parking

Patients and visitors to the campus of MemorialCare Saddleback Medical Center now have the option of complimentary valet services Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 6pm. The free service located in the roundabout/parking circle off the Calle de la Magdalena Saddleback Medical Center entrance is available for those visiting any part of the campus, including the hospital, outpatient centers and physician offices. A shuttle service drops off patients and visitors at the Medical Tower entrance which also connects to all areas of the hospital.

Among the many advantages of the new curbside valet parking service is that it enables patients to stay with their family members and guests without the need for patient drop off and self-parking. The valet team members also help in securing walkers from the vehicle’s backseat or trunk and obtain wheelchairs for those who need them. The valets provide information, shuttle service coordination and directions to help ensure patients and guests reach their destination easily and on time. After appointments and visits, the valet parking option makes it easy, safe and pleasant for patients and guests to head on their way. Self-parking will continue to be available for patients and visitors who prefer to self-park.
