New Distinction for Local Pelvic Health Clinic

Pelvic physical therapist named orthopedic specialist to serve Orange County community

After completing a full year orthopedic residency in the prestigious Kaiser program, PelvicSanitypelvic physical therapist Dr. Elizabeth Nakamura has been named an Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS).

In order to be certified, candidates must complete either 2,000 hours of direct patient care and/or complete a recognized residency program where they are specifically trained and mentored.

It is rare for pelvic health physical therapists to achieve this distinction, which indicates a whole-body approach to pelvic health issues.
