The Orange County Animal Care center shared the news that "a little girl named Chloe and her mom Michelle gathered goodies for the animals at the OC Animal Care center. "Chloe and her mom brought down an entire wagon load of goodies for our shelter dogs," they said over Facebook. "Chloe was kind enough to help our staff pass them out."
