OC Deputy Fires At Probationer In Laguna Niguel Walmart Parking Lot
An OC Sheriff's deputy shot at a man who drove toward an investigator in a Walmart parking lot in Laguna Niguel Thursday, authorities said.

LAGUNA NIGUEL, CA — An Orange County Sheriff's Department deputy shot at a man who drove toward a sheriff's investigator in a Walmart Parking lot in Laguna Niguel Friday, the OCSD reported.
No one was injured in the shooting, authorities said.
According to a report published by the Orange County Register, deputies attempted to talk to the man in the supermarket's parking lot at 27480 Alicia Parkway. The man, a probationer, reportedly got in his car and began "driving erratically," the report said.

One deputy fired at the man when he began driving in the direction of an investigator, but no one was struck, OCSD Sgt. Scott Steinle told the OC Register.
The man was later arrested nearby after he drove out of the parking lot, authorities said.
