With day camp programs set up in Laguna Niguel and Dana PointΒ and all over Orange County, Play-Well TEKnologies aims to help create the next generation of engineers through mechanized Lego blocks and a little imagination.

The week-long programs teach kids the principles of engineering through building Jedi tanks and other Lego projectsΒ that run under their own power. Kids have to set up the gears and motors and hook up batteries to build their Lego devices.

The slideshow was shot at the Play-Well program in Dana Point Wednesday, butΒ visit the educational company's siteΒ for a location nearest you.
